HomeMaster’s reputation continues to grow rapidly with another three contract wins in April 2020
Angus Housing Association, Clydebank Housing Association, Abbeyfield Scotland & Glasgow West Housing Association are the latest Housing Associations to implement web-based Housing & Finance system, HomeMaster.
Angus Housing Association manages in excess of 2600 properties throughout Angus and Dundee. The Association has a long history stretching back to the earliest days of the Housing Association movement in Scotland. 2020 marks the 50th Anniversary of the initial registration of the Auchmithie Housing Association in May 1970 with 300 homes.
A recent investment of £13 million will support Angus Housing Association’s plan to build around 300 new affordable homes over the next three years, with almost equal numbers in the Angus and Dundee areas.

Gail Robertson Director commented “We are delighted to announce that we have selected HomeMaster as our new Housing and Finance System. HomeMaster will deliver significant operational benefits and enable us to improve tenant and contractor engagement through the use of the inbuilt Digital Communication Hub. Another key element in our decision was the experience and knowledge of the HomeMaster team with whom will be working in close cooperation.”
“Our desire was for a single solution, covering all aspects of our work, which would be web based and have digital engagement at its core and that is what HomeMaster has given us.”
Kirsty added: “HomeMaster enables our colleagues to continue to work seamlessly from home or out on site, whilst enabling us to easily use the inbuilt digital communication capabilities to engage with tenants and contractors.”
Craig Brock, HomeMaster’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “Working with Warrington colleagues on this prestigious project has personally been extremely rewarding and I am delighted that together we have achieved significant operational efficiencies at Warrington Housing Association.”
Ian Thompson HomeMaster CEO explained “The Sector is seeking a web based housing and finance solution delivered in a hosted environment and the COVID-19 outbreak has accelerated the desire for change within Housing Associations. We believe that organisations have for many years been poorly served by existing software suppliers in regard to investment, innovation and customer service. HomeMaster has brought a fresh and exciting approach which now gives social housing providers a proven and highly successful alternative to the operationally cumbersome systems that many are still burdened with.
At HomeMaster our entire team is fully committed to our customers and we are all excited by the future that is opening up in front of us. We warmly welcome Angus, Clydebank and Abbeyfield Scotland to our growing customer base.”
Detailed press releases for Clydebank, Abbeyfield and Glasgow West will be published in due course.
