Milnbank Housing Association partner with HomeMaster to deliver integrated Housing and Finance platform

Milnbank Housing Association (MHA), a community controlled housing association based in the East End of Glasgow, who manage over 3000 properties are the latest Housing Association to go live with the fully integrated Homemaster web based Housing & Finance solution to support their on-going development towards the digital age.  MHA made the decision to replace their legacy housing management and finance systems to a modern platform in order to deliver the highest possible service to their current and prospective residents.

MHA acknowledge that the HomeMaster platform is able to support modern ways of working by its native design. For the Association, it is a positive not having to change their internal processes to make a system work for them.

Joanne Leggat, Head of IT, MHA said: “The Management Committee and Staff are delighted to be on board with HomeMaster.  The transition to Homemaster (during lockdown) has taken less than 6 months and we can already see the benefits of a fully integrated system that represents the here and now, and will enable us to enhance our service delivery, working practices and improve communication ensuring our residents are central to its operations”.
