Penge Churches Housing Association (PCHA) is a community-based housing association working in and around Bromley who manage approximately 270 homes, meeting a range of needs in their community.
PCHA began soft market engagement in Spring 2021 to ascertain what latest technologies were available in the market and were immediately impressed by HomeMaster’s intuitive look and feel. As the PCHA team had more exposure to the platform, it became apparent that HomeMaster would aid their strategic objectives to modernise and streamline processes for both staff and residents. Deployment of HomeMaster within PCHA dovetailed perfectly with their values of: “Being Ambitious”, “Striving for Excellence” & “Working in Partnership”.
At the conclusion of the procurement exercise, HomeMaster had been identified as the stand-out solution for PCHA. The integrated SMS and email communication was key in fulfilling PCHA’s objective to optimise resident engagement and the real-time reporting dashboards would prove pivotal in reshaping the value of their data to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents and staff.
