Rural Housing Association Limited go live with HomeMaster & My Home

Rural Housing have now gone live with the fully integrated HomeMaster and My Home platforms and are the first client to see the benefits of the strategic alliance between Designer Software Ltd and Housing Online Limited.

Stephen Fisher, Chief Executive said: “Our staff are thrilled to be starting their new journey with the HomeMaster system after our Go Live today. A 6-month lead in time has passed very quickly with the help and guidance of the HomeMaster staff who have been there for us throughout. The new cloud-based systems and the efficient processes that will now be embedded in the Association will not only enable staff to work more effectively but most importantly will enable us to provide an even higher quality of service to our customers. The HomeMaster and My Home platforms are continuing to be rolled out to existing Designer Software clients following the successful launch at our conference in September at Glasgow’s Radisson Blu Hotel.
